How organisations can benefit
Within an organization, coaches can act as change agents to foster positive, systemic transformation. Equipping people with in-depth coaching knowledge can help organizations achieve strategic objectives, enhance leadership capabilities, and strengthen the mental resilience of employees. Trained coaches can look out for the balance within the organization and step in when necessary to avoid burnout, conflict escalation or undesirable company culture. Moreover, it will benefit the participating employees. Providing them with a stronger awareness of self and the skills required to effectively support the development of individuals and teams.
5 Module Program
Modules 1-4 consist of 2 & 3 day of workshops.
The 5th module takes the form of a 4-day hike.

Coaching basics & biographical patterns
In the first module participants start with assessing their current state, set developmental goals and clarify what they want to achieve in this program. In addition, participants will learn about their role as a coach and the attitude it takes to be able to accompany people in situations of change and development. Lastly, participants will examine their own biographical patterns and gain understanding of concepts such as survival mechanisms and traumas, and the effect those have on the behaviors of others.

Emotional awareness & intuition
The second module focuses on emotions & intuition. In change processes, strong emotions might come up. Participants will learn how to help their coachees channel these emotions and turn it into a driving force for change. To do this, the participants will learn about their own emotional reactions and how these can be used in a coaching setting. Moreover, we will explore the topic of intuition and how to read and make use of physical reactions of self and others. Both of these topics will come together when having a glimpse of systemic approaches (e.g. family constellations).

Group dynamics & leaderships
At times, trainers are required to guide the development not only of individuals, but of entire groups. In this module we will discuss the key group dynamics that are involved in group development and the role of a coach. Important in this context is to understand your own voice, and those of others. Do you always listen to your own inner voice, or do you sometimes get overrun by the voices of others? Furthermore, the participants will get acquainted with a set of leadership challenges: leader loneliness, leader identity, the impact of power and influence.

Integrating learning & defining path ahead
In this final module, we integrate the learnings of all workshops. We will go back to the initial development goals of the participants from module 1 and work on what is still needed. In addition, we define the path ahead.

The Hike
At the end of the program the participants will join one of Peak Perspective's hikes. The participants will be hiking for 4 days with a small group of individuals and will acquire additional knowledge about the dynamics of self and of a group. The hike offers the participants a unique opportunity to act as trainers and practice their gained skills.
