Self Leadership

Self-leadership is the practice of understanding who you are, identifying your desired experiences, and intentionally guiding yourself toward them. It means taking charge of your own life. As a coach, it is extremely important to be aware of your own path. We need to have clarity about our own triggers to successfully guide others.

Holistic

Holistic

Besides the dynamics of the mind, we also need to consider all other aspects of our being. An integrated approach – connecting the mind, the heart, and the body. To integrate these different layers, we use a variety of methods, incl. systemic approaches, movement, nature, visual representations, meditation and reflection.

Individualistic

Individualistic

Everyone is different. There is no one-size-fit all solution when it comes to coaching. During the program we build a strong foundation of listening & coaching skills. Asking the right question at the right time, being quiet when necessary, or having the ability to intervene and challenge when things get stuck.

Within an organization, coaches can act as change agents to foster positive, systemic transformation. Equipping people with in-depth coaching knowledge can help organizations achieve strategic objectives, enhance leadership capabilities, and strengthen the mental resilience of employees. 5 Module Program

Modules 1-4 consist of 2 & 3 day of workshops.
The 5th module takes the form of a 4-day hike.
