Whether you are in a formal leadership position or looking for ways to take the lead in your own life, we see self-leadership as the basis for growth. Having clarity about: what you do, how you do it, and why you do it. Developing this clarity requires an honest conversation about your identity, what shaped and formed you, the behavioral and emotional patterns that are being triggered and how you live your life.
Program details
The core of our program is a 4-day hike in the mountains. Away from the office stress and the day-to-day duties, we disconnect to connect. The serenity of nature offers our participants a unique space to reflect, explore and grow providing space to build your individual leadership story. Before the program we always make sure to get a clear understanding of the individual challenges and relevant topics, therefore all of our packages include a 1:1 preparation and a 360-assessment.
1:1 coaching
We know that everyone is different. Each individual has its own needs and preferences. We therefore keep our groups small, so we closely attend to each individual and their specific situation. In effect, every participant gets a tailor-made coaching program within the program. Before and after the expedition additional coaching might be necessary to dive deeper or integrate learnings. We make sure to tailor the physical demands of our programs to the specific needs of each individual and to the composition of the group. Generally speaking, the hike would be suitable to anyone who is healthy and is able to carry a backpack of 8kg. The hike does not include extreme physical challenges.
Upon registration, you will receive a packing list that includes all the equipment and clothing needed for the hike. In addition, you will also receive a detailed information package that will guide you through your preparation for the hike. Each participant will have a 1-on-1 conversation with us to ensure you are well-informed and prepared.
The hike takes place in a mountainous environment and accommodation will change daily as we will be hiking. An important part of the format is the surprise element, so more details will be revealed upon arrival.
We offer different packages for our leadership expeditions, varying in the amount of individual coaching. All of the packages include 1:1 preparation, and a 360-assessment send out to close contacts.
