You’ve seen that we offer hikes to get you moving, but hiking is not really your thing. Or you wouldn’t mind a hike but you simply cannot find the time for it right now. Then ‘The Discovery’ might be exactly what you are looking for.
What is it about?
We have developed a two- day comprehensive concept to give you the break, the clarity and the guidance you need. The core elements of our work are included: in- depth coaching, the group exercises, the tranquility of nature, the movement. All in a more condensed form. And no hiking gear needed.
These two days will give you an understanding of where you are in life, what got you there and how to move forward. All under the guidance of very experienced coaches.

- Part 1 – What shaped you? Your childhood and biographical patterns.
- Part 2 – How is it influencing your life today?
- Dinner & wrap up of the day
Day 2
- 9:00 Starting the day
- Part 1 – How would you like to live your life? What is hindering you? Understanding your thoughts, emotions and hand breaks.
- Part 2 – Creating the new, making it happen
- 17:00 Wrap up & departure
